It has been years since I’ve actually hit the slopes skiing. It seems that life became too busy in adulthood, even when we ventured to snowy destinations to sled and enjoy the beautiful winter white landscape. We are hoping to take the girls to the snow this winter and would love to see them learn to ski or snowboard when they are ready. Right now we are experiencing some of the coldest weather we’ve had in Charleston in a very long time, which has meant bundling up in our warmest layers normally reserved for the snow and winter vacations.
